DIAC Careers 2013 is the ideal launchpad towards the future careers of the UAEs most recent graduate students. The event offers a valuable opportunity for you to meet and engage with a pool of more than 4,500 highly talented graduating students, straight from Dubai’s top universities.

Our fifth annual fair, DIAC Careers 2013 will be held from 17 to 18 February at Dubai Knowledge Village Conference Centre, Block 1.

DIAC was launched in April 2007 on a campus spanning over 18 million sq ft, creating a self-contained and vibrant environment catering exclusively to the needs of the academic community.  From 10 universities in 2007 and a mere 2,500 students, the zone now hosts 21 of the UAE’s 37 International Branch Campuses offering over 400 programmes to a large student body comprising nearly 140 nationalities.

The growth of DIAC continues with many of the academic partners having moved to purpose-built campuses within the zone; many of these are now looking to offer an even wider range of programmes catering directly for the workforce planning needs of the UAE.

DIAC graduates hail from diverse cultural backgrounds; 20% are from the UAE, 20% from across the GCC and Arab regions, 45% from South Asia, and a further 15% from across the rest of the world.

Our students are graduates in undergraduate and graduate programs across a range of academic disciplines including: Accounting; Business Management & Finance; Audio & Film Production (including animation and game development); Engineering and allied disciplines; Fashion; Hospitality; Travel & Tourism; Human Resource Management; Information Technology; Interior Design; Law; Marketing; Media & Mass Communication; Biotechnology; Global Social Science; Logistics; Healthcare;  Telecommunications; and more.

With such a large and culturally diverse talent pool boasting expertise across a range of marketable disciplines, DIAC Careers 2013 offers a compelling platform for all your recruitment needs.

An interactive website will be available by 1st February, 2013, enabling you to search student CVs, post employment opportunities online and schedule interviews for the duration of the event.  You will also be able to showcase your company to the highly relevant registered student audience and attend presentations given by students– a new career fair initiative being launched for the first time in the UAE.

The venue will be organised in themed zones, allowing you to make the best use of your time by only interacting with those students most relevant to your market sector.
