Khaleej Times Publishes special report on DIAC's 5th Anniversary

Sunday, 01 July 2012

It was in 2007 that DIAC was officially created to provide a zone devoted primarily to host international, regional and national universities and to give local and international students the chance to study in world-class international universities without having to leave the Middle East. Both DKV and DIAC are members of TECOM Investments’ Education Cluster envisioned to make Dubai a Higher Education Hub in the region.

5 years on, DIAC now hosts 27 academic institutions from 11 countries with nearly 20,000 students enrolled in over 300 study programmes. Spread across an area of 18 million square feet, DIAC has seen 285 percent growth in academic institutions and 925 per cent growth in its student body from inception to 2012.

Khaleej Times have published a special report on the story of DIAC and its Academic Partners.
