DIAC Business Partner, Eruditus Executive Education to host Wharton’s Strategic Thinking & Leadership Program in DubaiP
The path to success in a highly competitive and fast-growing global market is filled with obstacles. The challenge for leaders is to identify — then create and sustain — a competitive advantage in a globally-connected environment. Quality leaders are those who can move strategy from concept to reality, develop leadership capacities of the top team and beyond, and drive change while remaining vigilant about counter measures by the competition.
DKV Business Partner, Eruditus Executive Education will host Wharton’s Strategic Thinking & Leadership Program in Dubai from the 6th of March to the 8th of March.
Wharton’s Strategic Thinking & Leadership Program is an advanced executive education program for senior leaders and business executives. Taught by Wharton’s expert faculty, participants will network with peers from across companies and countries and accelerate their leadership skills in highly competitive scenarios. The program’s learning components include sessions by Wharton’s expert faculty, networking opportunities with senior business leaders from across companies and industries, learning through faculty presentations, and hands-on exercises.
During the 3-day program, held in Dubai, participants will be able to address complex leadership challenges that organizations face today. The program’s approach is grounded in both Western and Asian frameworks, and is heavily informed by Wharton’s deep commitment to global research and understanding.
Participants will learn to develop and sustain competitive advantage in an increasingly globalized and highly competitive landscape, enhancing the skills they need to lead and execute a strategic plan in their organization. In addition, participants will obtain insights into why organizations succeed and fail in global markets, and put new knowledge to test in leadership.
The program will be delivered by Prof. Harbir Singh, PhD, The Mack Professor, Professor of Management; Co-Director, Mack Institute for Innovation Management; Vice Dean for Global Initiatives, The Wharton School & Prof. Michael Useem, PhD, William and Jacalyn Egan Professor of Management; Editor, Wharton Leadership Digest; Director, Center for Leadership and Change Management, The Wharton School.
