The Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) is a fully Chartered Institute established through a Legislative Act of the Pakistan Assembly (Sindh Act No. XI of 1995) and is approved and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, as a degree granting institution. SZABIST has campuses in Karachi, Islamabad, Larkana and Dubai
BusinessWeek, the leading international business magazine, has listed SZABIST among the best business schools of the world for five consecutive years (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006). SZABIST is one of the top 20 business schools from Asia recognized by BusinessWeek. Only two business schools from Pakistan are listed in BusinessWeek.

About SZABIST Dubai Campus
SZABIST Dubai Campus was established at the Knowledge Village, Dubai in July 2003 and commenced its academic program in October 2003. SZABIST Dubai follows the curriculum of its main campus at Karachi.
SZABIST’s Dubai Campus offers one of a kind learning experience. With its state-of-the-art teaching resources, competent academics and support staff, SZABIST provides a unique learning environment, which is both academically and socially rewarding.

SZABIST Dubai listed as GAC Candidate Institution by PMI, USA.
SZABIST Executive Master of Project Management Program (EMPM) is listed as GAC accreditation candidate by Project Management Institute (PMI), USA giving SZABIST the distinction of being the only such Institution in Dubai. The program is designed to enable individuals to mange complex projects of today using modern project management techniques. The program has four intakes every year.
With more than 260,000 members in over 171 countries, Project Management Institute (PMI) is the leading membership association for the project management profession. It establishes project management standards and provides seminars, educational programs, and professional certification that organizations desire for their project leaders.

About the Students and the Faculty

Future Programs Planned
The branch campus plans to expand by extending its programs that are presently offered at main campus in the field of Social Sciences and Law. It also plans to initiate joint-programs that are of local market demand.
Future of the Branch campus
The branch campus has grown tremendously over last few years and student’s numbers and program offerings have increased. The positive student growth clearly indicates the expansion of campus facility and infrastructure. The facility end infrastructure expansion would lead to increase in academic program offering catering to multi-national population that resides in UAE.
